The smell as you enter is so fresh and clean ..smells like a spa I would go to! I was greeted by Kaitlyn at the door and shown around the facilities. After providing vaccine records and completing forms my Bridget was scheduled in an hour later. Vivi greeted Bridget, listened to what cut I wanted and took her back, simply and easy and very welcoming! I collected Bridget 2hrs later and was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED. I will be back and recommend anyone who fears their little one may be a little nervous to take them here. They will work their magic!“

The grooming area is in the back but you can see it (which eliminate my thinking of what’s going on back there) my pup turned out great and he was happy. Def 5 stars - I will be coming again!“
