Bruno LOVES pups pet club / he runs to the door when we approach and doesn’t even look back at me when I walk out. Friendly staff and easy to book. He comes home tired and content. My favourite part is getting the daily report card!!

Anne did an amazing job on our mini poodle. Exactly what we asked for. She was extremely gentle, which we really appreciated for our young pup getting used to getting groomed. You can tell she really cares about the dogs she grooms!

PUPS Club is the best! Our Aussiedoodle, Rigby, goes to daycare once a week and Anne keeps him looking his best by grooming him about every five weeks. The whole PUPS team takes great care of Rigby, and — most important — he always loves going there. We also enjoy the extra events and training classes they offer. I feel lucky and grateful to have PUPS as part of the village that it requires to care for a dog in NYC these days! ?
