The only two places my dog will literally drag me to are the dog park and DIGS, and that’s 100% because of the people that work there. If I won the Powerball, I’d give everyone there at least $50k each. I’ve been taking her semi-frequently over the last year for daycare/boarding/grooming, and it’s clear in every interaction that each employee genuinely cares for the dogs and prioritizes their wellbeing.The peace of mind you get knowing that your dog is being taken care of by a team passionate, competent professionals is worth every single cent. Couldn’t be more grateful to have them in DUMBO.

We were very impressed with the staff and facility at Digs. They’re very friendly and truly a group of dog lovers who are focused on the care and safety of your pets. We dropped off our new puppy for a temperament test, before we schedule daycare services, and they were so good with her. They called me after about 10 minutes once we left and reassured me that she was doing well and gave me a full update. When we returned, they provided a detailed report of everything that happened and how she did during the test. I cannot say enough good things about DIGS and the team there. They took care of our 2 puppies, Moose & Newton while we took a 17-day trip out of the country.I was so worried about leaving them, but the team kept us informed on how they were doing through daily report cards, text and email check-ins, and of course offer the option to watch them on the camera's throughout the day.Communication with Nicolette, Jackie, Zanola, and others was seamless and I am so glad we chose DIGs for our pups. Awesome for daycare or boarding and the pet suites are top notch! Always a ton of dogs there for your pups to play with and the care that this team takes is next level. Book it!
