“GG is an amazing trainer. I reached out to her for help with my lower back, hip and to improve my flexibility. I live in Atlanta Ga. I was in New York for the month of February. I had weekly sessions with GG. Within my first session the pain from my lower back had decreased significantly. Pain decreased from a 10 to 4. She is very knowledgeable and it shows. She will adjust your body ever so slightly and I could feel the difference.My sleep has improved and my energy level has increased. I came back to New York in March and continue with my sessions.GG is punctual and communication is clear.I have told all my friends about her. I wish she was in Atlanta however I will continue to have my sessions with GG when I am in New York.Lisa“

If you've decided to make a difference in your body and your daily life, he is not only an experienced and professional trainer but he will also be your mentor and good friend of life.I still remember the first time I saw him, I had been suffering from disc herniation for about five years, and I also had hyperthyroidism and mild depression. In less than six months with him, he turned me into a healthy and confident man. It means that I have a beautiful body shape that I have never dreamed of and I'm no longer suffering from any physical pain.To utilize your effort, he would do everything for you so you can achieve your goal. For six months, he woke up at around 4 o'clock on the training days so he could match my personal schedule. I don't think any other personal trainer in the local area will do the way he does and care the way he cares.Trust him and follow the plan that he customizes for you! “Faith is an amazing trainer and great person. During the initial consultation she takes your measurements. She trains, educates, and sets your macros to your specific needs. Every workout is different and pushes you. At the end of the day you send her your macros which I find much easier than following a meal plan. She teaches you a healthy lifestyle. Every few months you take measurements and pictures to see your progress. She is very responsive through text. She also practices what she preaches - she is inspiring!“

“I’ve been training with Mo a little over a year and have really seen results in weight loss and gaining strength. Mo’s a great motivator without being harsh or mean. She’s also very intuitive when it comes to the body (and mind) and notices small details during my workouts and then will adjust the training based on her insights. I’m grateful with my time with Mo and look forward to my weekly workouts with her.Plus her dog is really the cutest and I’m not much of a dog lover. (She gives you the option not have the dog there btw but I wouldn’t recommend that)“

“Do you want to get in shape? Do you find a regular gym boring?If you answered yes to both the above questions, you should try some kickboxing.Instructor: Hardcore Macro (Mondays) - You can expect a full body intense workout from him.He will train you hard until you can taste iron in the back of your throat. If you are looking for a high intensity work out, attend his class.Instructor: Destroyer Wade (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays) - Military drill Sargeant style training. This Instructor will keep you busy and sweating. There will be almost zero rest time and class will be over before you know it.Attend his class if you plan to get monthly because he trains specific muscles on different days. Its a nice schedule.Instructor: 1 vs 1 me Yaya (Thursdays 5pm, he teaches morning classes otherwise 9-10am) -This Instructor will teach you how to how to use your body and train muslces you have never used. You can expect 1 vs 1 training with pads and he will help you improve your form and techniques.Attend his class if you want personal attention.Instructor: Chill Kawme (Fridays) -The Instructor will train you about the basics of throwing punches and kicks. He focuses on kickes of all types. So if you want to learn some side kicks or flying round house kicks, attend his class.This class is usually not too fast paced and perfect for beginners.Instructor: Nicole (Saturdays on and off)I've only attended 2 of her classes because she comes in biweekly.Her training style is a combination between Intense workout (heavy weights) and hitting the bag for cardio.She will push you to test your limits ? and break through. (Beginners should proceed with caution haha)But jokes aside, attend her class if you want a serious work out. Her training style will get you results.The Instructors I mentioned above teach classes from 5-8 pmThe first class is free.Monthly membership is a 100 + tax and you can take classes 7 days a week, multiple sessions. Worth every penny if you plan to attend at least 2-3 days a week.“

“I have been working with Jake for more than two years now, generally twice a week, to supplement my on-the-bike training for endurance events. Jake has been adaptive to my riding schedule, helping me get the most out of our sessions without exhausting me for upcoming long rides or events. He has even helped me recover from injuries, including a broken ankle and some broken ribs.Jake is knowledgeable about physiology and observant regarding proper form and technique. (I am largely oblivious to what my body is doing, so this is important for me.) His space has everything one needs and is well-lit, comfortable, and clean, though I will say I would often choose different music.In short, Jake has been an integral part of my training. I recommend him highly.“

“I am a cko instructor in Jersey, so I am pretty picky when visiting places & trying out a new gym but I felt so welcome here. Not to mention, this cko location is beautiful and I’ve been to 8 different ones. I was only in the area a couple days but Adriana is an awesome owner & instructor. She really takes the time out to make sure new members feel comfortable and are striking the bag correctly. I took her and Martin’s class and both were amazing, very encouraging and friendly. Will definitely be back to work out again ! :)“
