Ben and Priority Fitness have changed my fitness life! I have been a runner for twenty years, but strength training with Ben the past two years has taken my running power to a whole new level. I feel strong, fast, and confident in a way I never have before. Ben is so knowledgeable about all things fitness, and comes up with unique strength routines tailored for the individual. He is also so patient and supportive and works with you to meet your goals. The studio is a great space, and has everything you need for training. I can't recommend Priority Fitness enough!

Can't say enough about these folks! After joining *and* canceling gym memberships for years, the Priority trainers have kept me positive and working toward making better choices. These guys rock!
