Little Ginger went in “shaggy”, but came out a Super Poodle Model! ?? I’m so happy that Danny was a able to fit Ginger into his schedule. Friday, was Ginger’s first visit and she’s already scheduled for next grooming appointment in 8 weeks. We highly recommend Shiny Paws Grooming; 10-Stars across the board!! ??“

“Like many others, we had to wait for over 5 hours for a groom - as in, I brought my dog in at 2 and he was not released until 7 because they had several other dogs before him. I live 15 minutes away so I could have picked him up and come back later. After multiple check ins, we were still told he would be ready much later than anticipated. However, I am giving them 4 stars because not only did they apologize, they comped the groom. The woman who was working the front understood why we were upset and tried to make right. I appreciated that and would be up for trying again. Sometimes things don’t work out, but the customer service in this instance made me feel good about giving them another shot.“
