“I had thought about doing Pilates for over a year, but never had the courage to actually give it a shot. I was scared of being judged and scared of being so out of shape - I almost psyched myself out on even doing the intro class, but I am so glad I did. Club pilates staff has welcomed me with open arms and have been nothing but encouraging and supportive. I had a baby two months ago and my body is in the worst shape Its ever been in, but I've never felt like that during a class. I can already feel my spirit and my body changing after only a week. My schedule is crazy right now with a newborn and I love that the unlimited membership allows me to schedule at any location so I don't have trouble finding a class that works with my schedule. She was so welcoming, greeted us as soon as we arrived and directed us where to put our things since it was our first time in the studio. Throughout class she consistently checked in, gently adjusted my posture as needed, and moved the weight to make it more beginner friendly. I was nervous as I don't have prior fitness experiences, but even the class members were supportive! Cute and well kept studio, such a positive experience and I will be back to try more classes!“
