This has developed into is a very good studio, with clear instruction and capable staff. I enjoy coming here for an occasional class and would consider visiting more if I lived closer.
Sunday Pilates is such a gorgeous facility. It certainly gives luxury workout vibes. A work out on the reformer machine is by far the best work out I have ever done!I highly recommend reformer Pilates at Sunday!
Loved this studio! The aesthetic is so relaxing and modern. I also love their merchandise, the cutest pilates gear! I tried their beginner class and I really liked how slow it went to get a hold of all the movements and equipment. Unfortunately it is one of the more expensive studios in town and I wish they offered late classes.
