I love this gym! I started off with reformer pilates (which feels amazing and anyone can do) and now my favorite classes are strength based. It’s a very supportive environment for women who want to use free weights but aren’t sure where to start. Class sizes are small and you get help with form and technique. All the instructors are fantastic- motivating and knowledgable. They also offer personal training sessions but I haven’t tried these myself. It really feels like people get to know each other here and become like family. Some folks have been coming for a decade! I work out here two or three days a week and I love it. The owners set the tone… nice people who support everyone’s quest for health and fitness. The instructors are great and the classes are challenging, but fun. The people are all amazing. Such a great atmosphere and that has kept me motivated for a year now.

This is my new favorite place.. I needed a change in my fitness journey and I was immediately comfortable and welcomed!! I truly enjoy everyone at Infinity, the instructors, the hosts, the owners, and class members!!! I'm LOVING Lagree ?
