“I had an old sewer line that needed to be rooted and eventually replaced. I called three companies within a span of a few weeks to clean out the roots. AJ told me that for some reason the other companies had not fully cleaned out the line, which is what I had already suspected based on the camera footage of the line the other companies showed me and the fact that the sewer kept backing up. However, the old line was ceramic pipe from the 40s and def needed to be replaced. All three companies gave me quotes to replace the line, and Rooter Bee’s was definitely the best value. They were very efficient and trustworthy. I was impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism. I highly recommend their plumbing services!“

“Peter Young was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hired this company for maintenance on my tankless water heater and he went above and beyond. He thoroughly flushed the heat exchanger with distilled white vinegar and discovered that the internal recirculation pump had never been turned on and the altitude settings were left at sea level. This explained why my water was taking so long to heat up.

Since this was a new construction build and these corrections may have saved me several thousands of dollars down the road. I strongly encourage anyone with a tankless water heater to use their service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for maintenance next year. Thank you!“
