They answered my call and the Tech was awesome, HelpfulI didn't know that a sales person would be availableWe need a new heater. But I felt like he was a car sales manager and he wasn't listening to me. I mentioned that I needed to speak to my husband about the choices that he gave meHe wanted to speak to him but he has health issues. Numerous times he asked me to set something up. I finally had to speak a little differently so he understood. With that said, I felt uncomfortable.I spoke to my son in California whom is definitely capable of this since this is his training experience with Heating, air and refrigerate.I am going to pass on buying the heater from you.Please...read full review

Our experience with Sierra Air was excellent from start to finish. Very smooth and timely from contacting them for a quote, to Josh coming out to determine what we needed for our specific home, to Enrique and Elvis professionally installing the furnace and A/C, to permit and inspection, to scheduling our duct cleaning. So very pleased with everyone we have worked with! They made it very easy - zero frustration. Highly recommend Sierra Air!

The crew showed up around 8am. The went to work taking out the old ac/heater unit. Made all up dates to the change all the old fitting to update the venting and plumbing to fit. Buy the afternoon all was installed and unit working as advertised. Crew left the area clean. Great job
