But I felt like he was a car sales manager and he wasn't listening to me. I mentioned that I needed to speak to my husband about the choices that he gave meHe wanted to speak to him but he has health issues. Numerous times he asked me to set something up. I finally had to speak a little differently so he understood. With that said, I felt uncomfortable.I spoke to my son in California whom is definitely capable of this since this is his training experience with Heating, air and refrigerate.I am going to pass on buying the heater from you.Please understand your Tech was great.“
