Eric was prompt, polite, honest, and had very reasonable prices. Assessed some issues we had and was realistic in what needed to be attended too. Great customer service to, highly recommend! I'll be coming back to Eric for all our future plumbing needs.

I have had Eric, Big Bear Plumbing, do many plumbing projects for me. The latest being the installation of a tankless hot water heater. He has always provided excellent, timely service at a very reasonable price. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible!Services: Faucet installation

Eric arrived when he said that he would, and installed 2 new toilets for us in a recently purchased home. He found that the existing toilets had been incorrectly installed. This caused some of the top of the flooring in one of the bathrooms to pull up with the toilet. He explained all this to us and asked us if he should proceed before actually taking out the toilet. We appreciated his honesty. Also, this made the job a bit more challenging and time consuming for him, but he didn't try to increase the previously quoted price.
