“Happy Heating and Matt are the best. Matt thoroughly inspected my heating concerns for performance. He then explained some shortcuts the original installer’s took that could be fixed. However, he said those repairs would not be impactful enough to justify the cost so just better to wait until replaced. He then fully explained the type of heater installed that uses water. (???) His recommendation was just to perform a service of vacuuming out the system and cleaning out the screen. Only $150! Matt also answered my questions on possible longevity and a Home Warranty. I asked him why in a recent past experience for a very small repair to my A/C unit the technician recommended I consider replacing my A/C unit at a cost of $15k, $20k or $25k. He stated they were trying to upsell. I further asked him why so much to replace an A/C unit. He just kinda smiled. So I asked him how much to replace my A/C unit for my 1500 sqft home and he said less than $10k. Honest, professional and patient. Rare in this day and age. Cannot recommend them high enough.“
