The best facial I've ever had! I have very sensitive skin that can't handle products which are too harsh, so I was a bit nervous to go to a new esthetician who was not yet familiar with my skin. The practitioner, Cassandra, was very professional and knowledgeable. She performed a skin analysis to determine exactly which services I would benefit from the most, and then designed a custom facial for my skin!!!The room was very clean and modern (which is hard to find in SF), and the bed was super comfortable! The was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and healthy. I also got the jelly mask add-on was such a unique experience, I'll definitely get it again. She was kind enough to answer all of my questions during the service about the products she was using, and was also kind enough to give me some recommendations on products to use at home. I'll definitely be returning to M3!

I went to Kristen for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. I struggled to even find a salon that could get me an appt in less than 3 months, but Kristen was able to schedule me within 2 weeks. I felt like she really took her time and listened to what I was asking for. I have a lot of hair that was long and brunette and I asked for full highlights and a cut. She foiled my hair like she could have done it blind folded. She talked me through options and was super honest and professional. I absolutely love my cut, she did exactly what I was asking for. My color came out so natural and not this dramatic blonde or streaky highlights like I've turned out with before. If you're looking for a fancy upscale salon this is not the place for you. This is the type of salon where you immediately feel comfortable as if you're in a friends living room. Chatting and laughing with Kristen and Beth and meeting the dogs made this the exact type of salon experience I hope for. I finally feel like I found my spot in Santa Fe and will definitely be going back.Services: Blowouts
It might not look like much from the outside, but this place is fantastic! Pauline and her coworker are super friendly. I didn't have much of a wait(it's walk-ins only) and the cut was amazing. They take great pride and show great passion in each of their cuts. Each person that I saw get their cut while I was in there was blown away by how good the result was. They're old school with a lather and cut throat razor and a hot towel at the end and it's simply just great. I will be going back. My standard regular cut was $35, well worth every penny.

What an amazing appointment with Petunia last week. My new daughter-in-law and I were visiting Santa Fe for a few days and I decided to gift her a mani/pedi. Not knowing any nail salons in the area, I found Petunia through Yelp. We were so happy with our decision. Petunia was not only highly skilled in her profession but was great to talk with as she performed her magic. The results were fantastic and my DIL couldn't have been happier. As someone who gets a manicure weekly from a high-end salon I can confidently say Petunia is at the top of the scale when it comes to creating nails that not only look good but provide the client with a great experience.
I stopped by on the weekend, and I wasn't able to get a walk in appointment, which is completely understandable. Camille was very nice, and gave me her card and suggested making an appointment next time, since she's got a full client roster. One of her clients was there at when I popped in, and had nothing but amazing things to say about her and her work, so I'll look forward to making an appointment next time I'm in town. I didn't leave empty handed as Camille was able to give me a couple of recommendations nearby that would be able to accommodate walk in appointments.
Best place ever. Arta doesn't use a drill on your nails for acrylics. Everything is clean and pretty. Lovely place where there is only one person at a time getting a manicure or pedicure . Plus her adorable puppies greet you ! My nails come out perfect every time. And stay healthy underneath. Which has never happened when I get acrylic nails. Love love love this place

As a new customer, Christopher had me come in for a consultation. Everything about WTSRMS is restful: their jungle of plants, Alice the sweetest mascot ever, even Christopher, a deep pool of calm. By the time I left, I was excited to get my 'mermaid' hair chopped off by this skilled stylist! The Appointment: Amazing. Everything single element was amazing: the shampooing was a mini massage, the cut perfect for me, even the conversation was exactly what I needed. Went to ivys from a reference & Jasmine absolutely killed it!!! She was so incredibly sweet & her vibe was so genuine. The place itself was cute, not too busy at the time I went. I requested my old gel x nails off & a gel manicure & got both for less than $60. Highly recommend, but I suggest going to Jasmine herself! Was such a breath of fresh air on vacation when it can be so hard to find a good manicure if needed.

I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough. I didn’t even realize how self conscious I felt every time I left my waxing appointments before going to see her. For the first time, I left looking forward to my next appointment not dreading having to go back. She is so body positive it made the whole experience so amazing. I felt so comfortable with her at my very first appointment, it was like going to see an old friend. What a treasure to have in town! ? 1st time in SF for a conference and have been working on some important cover ups. They responded to my email within 24 hours and managed to work me in with Miguel. The shop is awesome, professional with a great vibe, all kinds of people and they seem to care about their work and their clients. Miguel worked with me to come to a nice agreement on what would would work and he exceeded what I anticipated.
They also have great merch and I got a shirt. So there's that.

I drove from out of town to visit Tina's shop. I was able to get a tattoo done by Ozzy and I couldn't be happier with the design itself and the experience. The shop is very nice, clean, and welcoming. They have art and a few other goodies for sale if there is a wait or if you're interested. I was there for the Mother's Day flash sale and was able to purchase a very cute snowdrop flower art that matched my tattoo.
Ozzy drew up a few designs and then worked with me until I was happy with the look. The entire experience was so great. They walked me through every step, it was almost pain free, even when the needles were very close to my ankle bone. I have multiple tattoos and this was by far the best experience. I can't wait to go back and already have a consultation booked!
My wife and I reached out to four star tattoo via their website to schedule an anniversary date while visiting from pagosa springs, co. They did so with ease; of course I was open to whomever was available with faith it’d work out based on the reviews. Noah stepped in and absolutely nailed it from start to finish.
My wife and my intention were to get a tattoo, by the same artist, that represents our relationship. We tasked Noah with my wife’s cross pendant she was gifted at her confirmation by her grandmother. That I was choosing as my second tattoo.

Rivers Collective was super clean extremely friendly environment. I got a large arm piece done by Nikky and she worked with me on a design I had started and made transformed my word of mouth and partial design into a beutiful detail oriented piece. She asked me how I was doing how things looked until we both were 100% ready to start. Her detailed line work is immaculate. She was having fun making jokes telling stories the whole time. We called Topp Plumbing and Heating with a boiler problem and even though he was very busy, he quickly assessed the problem over the phone, got the needed part and he and his apprentice, Jeremiah, came out to install it on his way to other calls. We had had a bandaid approach a couple weeks earlier with another plumber, but Matt is the "Real Deal" using common sense and having the attitude of wanting to help people out when he can.

Steve was very knowledgeable about tree roots and septic systems. He and his crew located and fixed the problem with efficiency and were very competent. I would use their services again.
I recently had a break in the main water line to my house, and water was coming up in my driveway like a spring. I dug down to find the break in the line, and I managed to patch it. It was the old galvanized pipe from the early 1960s, and it was badly corroded. It obviously needed to be replaced. I also had a corroded, ancient shut-off valve that needed replacement. I called a bunch of plumbers to get estimates. Some plumbers gave insane estimates. Some plumbers never called back. One plumber came and gave an estimate but didn't respond to a subsequent call. Eventually I settled on Santa Fe Express Plumbing and Drain. I gave them a call, and we arranged a date for a couple weeks out. Robert and his crew of about 4-5 guys showed up on the arranged date with a digger. By the end of the day, they'd dug a 40-foot trench that wound around the bushes in my front card, so they didn't have to tear anything out. They used flexible, plastic PEX pipe and installed a tracer line so that anyone looking for the pipe in the future can see where it's at. They replaced the old outdoor shut-off valve and installed a new shut-off valve inside a closet in the house. They cut through a small section of the front porch, taking care not to disturb the supports for the portal, to get up to the house foundation and put the water line under it. All of this was done in about 7-8 hours. The crew came out the next day to meet with the inspector and back-fill the hole. They did a good job tidying up the area: looking at the yard, I could hardly tell that they'd been there. The cost was expensive, as any water line installation will be, but it wasn't nearly as bad as some of the other plumbers estimated. The written estimate was thorough and detailed, so I knew exactly what to expect. The crew was courteous and timely, and Robert answered all my questions and kept me apprised of the status of things. Getting a water line replaced is a big deal, and this went about as smoothly as possible.

They have done all our plumbing work since 2007, which included the boiler and other things when we lived in an old adobe in the Guadalupe and since we've moved we've had pretty much all the subpar plumbing in our house redone, including boiler, hot water heaters, garbage disposals in the house and casita, and various other smaller jobs, all done properly and timely, and Joe is the best. Anytime Plumbing came out and fixed my sink, then it started leaking right after. I called Elite plumbing and they came and fixed the problem with no issues. This service is excellent! I had multiple light fixtures that needed to be installed and replaced and they were old and unique pieces that I was hopeful could be installed. She could have provided a wonderful product, but with an incompetent installer, the whole job could have been a mess. Then you might have gone back to her wanting some kind of recompense for a problem she had no control over and was not responsible for. I don't blame her for not calling you back, under the circumstances, I wouldn't have either.
Danilo and his crew were with us for almost 3 weeks stuccoing the house and putting a silicone coating on our roof. Hard working and respectful of our property, they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything they did. Not only was the work finished on time but on budget. After this last huge wet snowfall, we saw Eduardo shoveling snow next door. Spoke to him and he came right over with his crew when done at the neighbor's. In an amazingly short time, he and his crew had the yard shoveled and looking great. And the price was very reasonable. We then had him come back to remove downed large tree limbs that broke and remove several other limbs and tie up some bent Spanish Broom plants. They were fast, thorough, courteous, and again a reasonable price. They do various other projects like roof cleaning, painting, etc. We would highly recommend Eduardo and his staff. Tori B

Ecoscapes is a dream team! We recommend Ecoscapes without reservation. Ecoscapes (1) planted native grass in our leach field, which we hope will supplant or deter at least some of the monster weeds that grow there, and supplied a temporary watering system to help the grass get established; (2) added a 60+ feet long flagstone walkway with adjoining planter; (3) transplanted 20+ existing plants to new locations; (4) installed lights along driveway, in front courtyard, and in walled back area; (5) demoed and replaced a retaining wall and constructed two sets of steps for same; (6) installed 115’ steel edge for front graveled area; and moved a gas fire pit. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction, on schedule and within budget. Ecoscapes’ crew has been with the company for years, and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, professional and hardworking. The owner, Michael Nelson, is a true expert. We solicited and adopted recommendations from him, and we’re glad we did. We’re looking forward to Ecoscapes performing further work next year.

OMG. This was the BEST dental experience I've ever had! I broke a crown on Sunday and Milagro was able to give me an emergency appointment first thing Tuesday morning -- as a new patient. The moment I walked in, I could tell the office was a bright and happy place with people who love what they do. Dr. Kasha Uyda was FANTASTIC! In addition to her warm personality and empathetic concern for my comfort, she managed to do the work she needed without causing me the typical discomfort I've come to expect from other dental experiences. Dr Comeau is a skillful and caring dentist. I lost a crown and needed a temporary quickly. Having a compromised immune system, I was scared to have this procedure done during a spike of the covid virus. She and her team took precautions to do their best to keep me safe. I would have been a difficult patient but they never let me feel that I was and were extremely professional. I was treated with respect and kindness.

After my longtime dentist wasn’t able to see me for five months for a normal cleaning, I found Radiate by McQuitty and I’m so glad I did. From the first phone call, to treatment, all of the staff have provided amazing patient care. The front staff made such a warm and welcoming first impression and have been so helpful with every step of making an appointment, insurance, and payment. The hygienists and techs are the sweetest I’ve ever met, and both Dr. Madison and Dr. Patrick are beyond friendly, kind, and patient. Not to mention they caught things my previous dentist missed. I’ve been a patient of Dr Ross for about 4 months now. I came to him a year after a major snowboard accident. In that year I worked with 3 chiros before Dr Ross, and I did physical therapy and tons of massage. My neck was still causing consistent pain and having spasms that set me back for days multiple times per month. And my low back aches constantly while sitting. After 2 months of working with Dr Ross, my neck pain has gone from 7/10 down to about a 2/10 and I haven’t had a single spasm in 2 months. Now we’re targeting my lower back, and I’ve seen progression and improvement already. I’ve been really grateful for the improvement I’ve experienced under his care. And also with his personal emotional touch. Body work can bring up unexpected feelings (it certainly has for me), and Dr Ross was empathetic and able to give appropriate support and space.
Dr.Fisk and the work he does has completely changed my life for the better. No longer is constant back pain a part of my life, and I feel more in tune with my body. I am more able to recognize when something is unaligned or feeling wrong. The space and staff are so welcoming, comforting , and calming. I was skeptical at first; thinking the gentle touch and guiding of nerves would not help, but the results are undeniable. My posture is better than it has ever been, I experience daily pain less than I ever have, and I even have tools/exercises I can do on my own to help with my problem areas. I cannot express enough the effectiveness of Dr. Fisk’s treatment.

I have been seeing Dr. Randall for a while now and am amazed by the depth of the transformations we are achieving. We are dealing with some old, painful injuries that have just piled in top of each other until I could barely function. While I don't always get function back in the hurt toe that bugs me today, my whole structure is getting repaired in ways I never thought it would. I am a horse back rider and being even and balanced is the most important thing for me and seemed unachievable after several bad falls and concussions that messed with my proprioception. I rode yesterday like my 20 year old self and, while today I feel my true age, I could not have gotten this far without Dr. Randall. Also, his office has been really scent free.

I have had a lower back injury that never healed and a left shoulder injury that's been giving me trouble -- I first saw Dr. Perlstein maybe last August, it was immediately helpful to me and I've been getting regular adjustments since then.Dr. Perlstein is very careful -- he doesn't over adjust and I never had any kind of pain or discomfort after adjustment, especially after my body got used to things being in the right place. One of the best chiropractors around. Came in with ongoing issues with a lifetime of back problems related to my scoliosis. Dr Short told me I have one leg that is shorter than the other, prescribed a heel lift to correct the uneveness which was the underlying cause of my scoliosis, and gave me a series of treatments to bring my spine back into alignment. That has been over a year and a half ago and today is the first time I have been back with any back pain. Just a couple of adjustments and I am on my way again!! Dr, Short uses a non force adjustment method with a tool called an activator which applies a specific amount of force directly to the discs of the spine that taps them back into proper alignment. None of the twisting, cracking movements of the older style of adjustments. This is just right for me!! He has opened up my range of movement and removed my pain.
I really enjoyed our sessions! He was very nice and checked up on my progress. That type of special care is not taught.
I have been seeing Windy once a month for two years now, so it should be obvious she has been taking great care of my needs and pain issues. The adjustments are great, but a year ago, I was in major pain (lower back), and Windy used her dry needle process on my back, and after two sessions, pain-free. Amazing but it works. Ashley, her up-front manager, is always easy to deal with. I highly recommend this practice after years of experience.

Dr. Breer and the tech who's name I've really unfortunately forgotten were the first people out of 3 vets that showed care and concern for my puppy, and more so, also could tell I was pretty taxed myself and offered to let me step out and eat for the first time in the day and take a bit of a breather. We are on to a 4th vet for more tests, but under the circumstances, this was the first vet visit since my dog's illness that was caring and had a direction to pursue. Thank you.

My wife and I moved to Santa Fe in October of 2020, from Wyoming. We needed a close Vet for our dogs and cat. We found the Eldorado Animal Clinic and I made contact with them.
From the first contact they were friendly, courteous, helpful, very professional and efficient, and their facility also made a very good impression. I have found them to be very nice people, and they have taken excellent care of the minor needs of our animals to this point. We trust them to take good care of our animals for whatever needs they (our pets) may require in the future also!
Took my little two year cat here after a trip to the ER after he stopped eating/drinking. The team and Dr. Hinko not only squeezed me into his tight Friday schedule to check on my cat, but stopped me from spending more money on treatment that was not needed. My little guy is now feeling much better and back to his normal self, which is such a relief. I can not recommend this clinic enough.

Michael Hughes is an excellent massage therapist/naprapath. He is tremendously knowledgeable about the body, and has a great intuition that helps him focus in on and remedy the body's pain/tension points almost immediately. His work provides great relief and rejuvenation, and he also can recommend highly effective therapy exercises that one can do at home. Cannot recommend him enough.

Its hard to find a truly great pain management massage from a person who is actually working on the appropriate planes - but Jonathan Lippman does just that! A peaceful setting, easy to find, clean, and filled with pleasant people. We arrived five minutes early, completed forms, and were taken back where I talked with Jonathan about my injuries and current challenges, he was attentive, listened, and clearly applying an approach that left me feeling great the next day. For anyone who has not had a pain management massage, though it is not all about causing you pain - you may experience some discomforts as your high tension areas are worked on but it is completely worth the improved movement and feeling that comes after your time with the therapist. Jonathan was easy to talk to, explained things throughout the session, and was so great I booked him for three days later since I go home to Austin this week - I had to squeeze in another session!
Mindy was excellent she paid attention to the areas I asked. She was so pleasant and for the first time she provided me with the best deep tissue massage ever. I liked her work so much I signed up for a return visit.
I found Reagan and she has helped me rework my body sculpture by just looking and me. She is very intuitive in listening to what I am noticing and added the education to help me understand how this links to whatever pain that was coming up. Had one of the best haircuts ever from Star at the salon. I have thick hair and she cut and styled it like no one else has ever done. Star is also from Santa Fe and knows where to go and what to do here. If you're at La Fonda, you can experience the relaxing environment and get an amazing haircut.

Dennis runs a well-informed, personalized, and personable practice at EVOLVED. I have appreciated my sessions with him for tendon injuries, learned a lot, and seen improvement session over session. Dr. Gimbel is the best there is. I was fortunate to be treated by him regularly for my own health issues and then again after being rear-ended. His expertise helped me manage pain from an age-old torn rotator cuff and my own hard-wiring of Fight or Flight. After the accident, his treatments helped me relax my neck and shoulders, heal from temporary TMJ symptoms and reclaim my overall well-being. I will be treating with him again soon, and regularly, for the "Tune Up" effects of his skill and experience with acupuncture and guidance with herbs. Great place.
