Meridian Systems Yoga works like a miracle for me. It feels like no other yoga class that I've ever taken. Before coming to Lee's classes my kidneys were failing. My doctors believed that I would need a kidney transplant. Four months into Lee's classes and my kidneys are fully functioning again. My doctors could not explain this, but I started feeling better after my very first class. I feel that Meridian systems yoga is helping me unblock my emotions. Everything in my body is flowing in a positive wholeness that I never felt before. It helps me carry on through my days with lower levels of stress, anxiety and worry. I sleep much better and my balance is much better too.
