We dropped off our girl yesterday for a meet and greet. She was so happy and smiley when I picked her up. She had a great day and was so tired from playing with her new friends. The staff was very nice and welcoming. She will now be a regular here!

I was so pleased by the service of Paws Plaza. Jackie was my dog’s, Happy, groomer. She came out and met me and Bappy and went over the cut I wanted. She told me the time Happy would be ready and called me to let me know Happy was ready 15 minutes early. Jackie carried Happy out (he is only 10 lbs) and told me that Happy’s dew claws were so long that they were touching his skin and she had trimmed them. Happy had a great trim and we will be using Jackie and Paws Plaza again. Also, before accepting Happy as a pet client, they had to have his immunization records from my vet. We've only been once but were impressed by the maturity of the staff and their communication. Facility seems calm, and our dog did not yelp when we picked her up. A good sign that she was not stressed. Looking forward to more playdates for our pup.
