It’s always stressful leaving your dog overnight but I’ve never had a major issue here. They’ve always made things right if a problem occurs. I’d recommend it over any other kennel in the area.“

“Harmony Pet Resort was the perfect place for our Molly. She is 9 months old and this was her first time away from us and she did great. The staff was so caring and attentive and made sure she was put in the right play group for her personality. They sent pictures throughout the day and quickly responded to any of our questions. “It's a great place with one issue not worth removing a star over. That issue is the $6 bone they keep out front to the right. It's extremely popular and whomever is in charge doesn't keep it in stock well enough. When something is the star of your show, make sure you have it.Now...I've brought my dog in for nail trimming. Grinding down as far as possible without hurting her cost $19. I think there's a lesser effort for $15 but didn't try it. This service is walk-in, but because I don't trust people to be at work when I need them, I asked for an appointment instead. I was placated. Please and thank you.Door Dash delivers from here too. If you don't feel like hauling a 25-pound bag of dog food, boom, there it is. However, a dasher once also messed up my order, which Dash refunded.Setting up an appointment via the website is iffy. Call them instead. They don't want you to do that, btw. Call them anyhow. Every person working was friendly and I like talking with them when I shop there. There's usually a treat ready for my pooch, too. The restrooms are always clean and available and, pro-tip here, it's a great place to stop if you're out cruising and just need to use a bathroom.Love this PetSmart. And so does my dog.A.“

“I remember our first conversation with Andres, I told him I didn’t think our rescue dog was smart. I was so wrong! After one training we saw a huge difference, and in the end our dog turned out amazing! She is really incredible, a thanks to the training we got for her and us! We were diligent with our “homework”, and it really paid off. Our girl can run off leash, and comes back every time I call her. We can walk right by other people, rabbits, squirrels, and dogs and she remains next to me. No pulling on leash, comes back off leash. She is able to enjoy running on the beach, through the woods, and with other dogs. She trusts us and we trust her. She asks permission to cross a threshold, to get on the bed with us, to jump out of the car. I could go on and on. Best of all she is our best friend and absolutely loves our little people.Andres really knows and understands dogs. He explains things in a way that makes sense. Not just, do this, but do this because this is what the dogs understands. “I can't say enough positive things about the Pet Palace!!! I have not had great experiences with grooming places since I moved down here in 2021, and have been searching for a place that really GETS dogs. This place does! I visited the Palace a few weeks back to get a look and feel of the place and after speaking with the front desk staff and one of the groomers, Redd, I decided to book an appointment. I told them about my dog's anxiety, and how she can not be put into a kennel. She will literally hyperventilate. She has sensitive front paws ( not uncommon for a lot of dogs ). She has luxating patellas. Redd listened, took in every concern I had, and after picking her up from her appointment yesterday, I could not believe how calm my dog was. I walked in and she was just getting her bandana on and she was happy!! AND, she had the best grooming job she has had since I came to NC. Seriously, if you are looking for a GREAT place to have your dog groomed, this is the place!
