This is my second time using your facility and I am pleased! The only thing I could not see him when he was at playtime, so when I called and let my concern be known they texted me when he was at play and I was able to see him!R Judd

Please please stay on top of the employees if you board your dog. The employees are undertrained. They do have a love for dogs but if your dog is hard to manage or high energy he will not be a favorite on their list. If your dog doesn't get along with others they will barely get out of their room. Don't ask how I know a lot about the facility, but cleanliness is questionable. The employees get lazy and don't want to do every step of the cleaning process to 100%. The rooms are wet sometimes and irritate the dogs skin and paws. Our golden retriever did not like to go in our pool. There is a doggy pool here and imagine my delight and surprise when I picked her up and she was a bit wet. She went in with the other dogs! Also grooming was great. She is so soft and looks amazing. Staff is very attentive and friendly!
