“This is an unbelievably well run operation by a family who truly loves dogs and prides themselves in excellent customer service. The facility is new, clean, warm and inviting. This is a great facility for my pet. This is our first puppy and COVID has made it very hard for socialization. Dogtopia is truly a Godsend! He’s also easy to work with, as is the whole staff.The team’s collective passion and dedication to their craft is unparalleled. It’s obvious that they enjoy what they do.Rest assured, the pooches are treated with the loving hand and compassion they deserve.These are all things to be proud of.But, to me, the thing that I feel MOST distinguishes this business are the sparkling clean facilities.It’s no secret that man’s best friend requires constant picking up after. For a facility with a large number of animals, things can spiral quickly if left unchecked.In addition to doing all the regular cleaning maintenance that would be expected, Proactive goes above and beyond to keep things looking crispy clean…They have hired me every week for almost the last year to come pressure wash the outdoor kennel areas. “Everyone at this practice is friendly and competent. The techs are well informed and ask detailed questions while showing interest in and compassion toward my cat. I have use two different vets and both were fully present and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed.“
“Dr Adams and his team are amazing. Starting at the front desk I typically either encounter Sean or Dawn and they are both incredible people. They are always smiling, friendly and very informative. Never seem like they’re in a bad mood or rushing, they honestly seem like they love their job. When it comes to the Assistant , typically I’ve seen Linda. She is the sweetest, most informative assistant I’ve ever met, takes her time with your pet, her time to explain your medication even though you might be a mess and that is something I truly appreciate. Dr Adams himself is one of the most informative and polite doctors I’ve ever met every single time I’ve taken my babies he has been able to help them feel better and I’m super appreciative of that. Candice, the groomer does an amazing job with my doodles as well. They always do their best to fit you into the schedule even if they’re close to closing . You can just tell they truly know what they’re doing but also love it. 10/10 recommend this vet to all my friends and family.“
“Pet Palace Cary is the best boarding/daycare place in the triangle and I’ll die on that hill! Their hours are great, their staff is superb, and they have the nicest facilities. My husband and I have several adequate animal daycare options closer to our house, but we take our dog Apollo to pet palace because they are the best. Apollo loves to go to daycare and the occasional boarding and we always feel that he is in good hands with the Cary staff.“
“I have never had a vet be so patient and kind to my cat. Finding a good vet has always proved a challenge because not many people are willing to be patient towards a cat that takes her time getting used to people. However, Dr. Peace was such a sweetheart! He talked in a soothing voice, offered treats, and didn't push the limits if my cat was clearly not having it. He made recommendations that made sense, and didn't push us to pay extra for services that we honestly didn't need. We will be coming back here and I highly recommend bringing your pets here.“

“Great place to board your dog for short or long stays. We also use their daycare and grooming services occasionally, which are also great and well priced. The Cary location is extremely clean and has lots of room for the dogs to play inside or outside. Their boarding suites are clean and roomy, and some even have live feeds, so you can check in on your pup while you are away. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and provides daily feedback with pictures each day of your dog's stay. When your pet is there, they are matched to other dogs of similar size and temperament during group play, ensuring that they have the best time. They have additional add-on items like extra potty breaks, treats, one on one play, nighttime cuddling, etc., which are all priced within reason. I highly recommend you give them a try !“
