“No one likes to have to take their pet to an urgent care, but the staff here was great. The rooms seemed to be divided to cat and dog only rooms so that the smells wouldn’t stress pets out as much. They were nice and comfortable temperature. I like that they had snacks in case you had to be there for a while and hadn’t eaten. The staff were all really nice and the service was very prompt. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needed that sort of service.“

“We moved our 15 year old pup here and have been so happy with Dr Wallace. He is patient, experience, explains the process and is certainly committed to the overall wellbeing of animal. Our little one does not shake anymore going to the vet....as Wallace and his staff have set up the office and spaced appointments so that pets can relax and not be waiting endlessly. Glad he is our Vet. Wish we'd found him sooner.“

“Dr Adams and his team are amazing. Starting at the front desk I typically either encounter Sean or Dawn and they are both incredible people. They are always smiling, friendly and very informative. Never seem like they’re in a bad mood or rushing, they honestly seem like they love their job. When it comes to the Assistant , typically I’ve seen Linda. She is the sweetest, most informative assistant I’ve ever met, takes her time with your pet, her time to explain your medication even though you might be a mess and that is something I truly appreciate. Dr Adams himself is one of the most informative and polite doctors I’ve ever met every single time I’ve taken my babies he has been able to help them feel better and I’m super appreciative of that. Candice, the groomer does an amazing job with my doodles as well. They always do their best to fit you into the schedule even if they’re close to closing . You can just tell they truly know what they’re doing but also love it. 10/10 recommend this vet to all my friends and family.“
“I have never had a vet be so patient and kind to my cat. Finding a good vet has always proved a challenge because not many people are willing to be patient towards a cat that takes her time getting used to people. However, Dr. Peace was such a sweetheart! He talked in a soothing voice, offered treats, and didn't push the limits if my cat was clearly not having it. He made recommendations that made sense, and didn't push us to pay extra for services that we honestly didn't need. We will be coming back here and I highly recommend bringing your pets here.“

“My 11yr old Aussie named Winston who already had one eye removed was blind in his other due to severe cataract.Dr. English said I can’t make him 100% visual but I can give him 90%. That was good enough for us. We scheduled his surgery. When I say it was a life changer for Winston that is an understatement. It was a life changer for all of us.The very next day Winston’s world appeared in front of him. He could SEE and it showed. He walked the yard looking at everything. Over the next week his confidence in his renewed sight was obvious. His head held high, he wasn’t secluding himself, his physical activity picked up and there was a renewed deepening of his bark. My boy was back.I’ve been in amusement and wonderment of watching him rediscover his world.11yrs old is up there for an Aussie, but when Dr. English said “I can” that’s all I needed. The entire staff Dr. Fontenelle and Dr. Rodriguez as well as all of the technicians are so incredibly amazing. Let me also mention the receptionist she is such a sweet woman who has asked about Winston on each check up.Thank you Dr. Scott Munn at West Cary Animal Hospital for referring us.
