“This store is more than a pet store, every time I walk in, the manager Elli is always greeting all customers by the main door. On Sundays I see kids enjoying the store as well. I love Pet Supplies Plus in Cary. I have 7 cats and they have a wide selection of high-quality pet food, toys and treats. The prices are reasonable, and they often have discounts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Tabby, Ben, Zack and Savanah are great, but Mr. Tom is fantastic, and they always greet me and my cats by name. My cats get the nicest baths from Ms. D because she is so professional and genuinely concerned about them. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the best pet supplies and services in the area.“

“Pet Palace Cary is the best boarding/daycare place in the triangle and I’ll die on that hill! Their hours are great, their staff is superb, and they have the nicest facilities. My husband and I have several adequate animal daycare options closer to our house, but we take our dog Apollo to pet palace because they are the best. Apollo loves to go to daycare and the occasional boarding and we always feel that he is in good hands with the Cary staff.“

“I have never had a vet be so patient and kind to my cat. Finding a good vet has always proved a challenge because not many people are willing to be patient towards a cat that takes her time getting used to people. However, Dr. Peace was such a sweetheart! He talked in a soothing voice, offered treats, and didn't push the limits if my cat was clearly not having it. He made recommendations that made sense, and didn't push us to pay extra for services that we honestly didn't need. We will be coming back here and I highly recommend bringing your pets here.“

“Dr Adams and his team are amazing. Starting at the front desk I typically either encounter Sean or Dawn and they are both incredible people. They are always smiling, friendly and very informative. Never seem like they’re in a bad mood or rushing, they honestly seem like they love their job. When it comes to the Assistant , typically I’ve seen Linda. She is the sweetest, most informative assistant I’ve ever met, takes her time with your pet, her time to explain your medication even though you might be a mess and that is something I truly appreciate. Dr Adams himself is one of the most informative and polite doctors I’ve ever met every single time I’ve taken my babies he has been able to help them feel better and I’m super appreciative of that. Candice, the groomer does an amazing job with my doodles as well. They always do their best to fit you into the schedule even if they’re close to closing . You can just tell they truly know what they’re doing but also love it. 10/10 recommend this vet to all my friends and family.“

The Cary location is extremely clean and has lots of room for the dogs to play inside or outside. Their boarding suites are clean and roomy, and some even have live feeds, so you can check in on your pup while you are away. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and provides daily feedback with pictures each day of your dog's stay. When your pet is there, they are matched to other dogs of similar size and temperament during group play, ensuring that they have the best time. They have additional add-on items like extra potty breaks, treats, one on one play, nighttime cuddling, etc., which are all priced within reason. I highly recommend you give them a try !“
