I’ve been taking my dog to PetsHotel for several years and have received excellent service and confident that he is in good hands. It’s great that I’m able to call and check in to see how he is doing and I appreciate that day camp is now included.

Staff was very friendly and understanding with my nervous little dog. She came out happy and hyper. They had to put the temporary collar on her in another room, away from me, because she was doing a few air snaps as a warning. They said she was nervous but eventually warmed up and played a little with the other dogs. There is a sign about some air purification technology, so even though there is no outdoor time I think it is clean. I will happily use them in the future! I also like that there are no big blockheaded fighting breeds in the same play area for safety.

Really like this place and so does my pup. We've tried another, popular pet hotel nearby and after 2 failed stays this one hits homeThe people are nice and the prices are reasonable. It's just a no frills, quality pet boarding location for someone who doesn't need to put their dog in their own mini apartment for the weekend.
