No one likes to have to take their pet to an urgent care, but the staff here was great. The rooms seemed to be divided to cat and dog only rooms so that the smells wouldn’t stress pets out as much. They were nice and comfortable temperature. I like that they had snacks in case you had to be there for a while and hadn’t eaten. The staff were all really nice and the service was very prompt. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needed that sort of service.

I absolutely fell in love with Urgent Vet in one visit. They treated me and Lulu(my fur baby) like we’ve been coming there for years. Truly kind and caring group of people. The Vet, Janine Hertzka is wonderful all the way around, loved her. If I could, I would have her as Lulu’s permanent vet. All of this, and was only there about an hour. The icing on this very beautiful cake, the cost was very reasonable❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had minimal waiting on a Sunday mid-day after my dog ate a big chunk of wool off the floor. The price was reasonable and the procedure was successful, so I am grateful that I could come here.If you need emergency care, this is a great option, especially at a reasonable cost.The only thing that keeps me from whole-heartedly recommending them is that my dog was nervous and looking for comfort and attention from the tech and I wish there could have been more time spent making him comfortable and loving on him before the poking started.I know it’s a hard balance with an urgent care vet because things are often emergent and require speed, but it wasn’t especially busy...read full review
