“Shoutout to Johnson Optometric Associates PA! I've never praised a medical office before but my experience with these folks has been over the top. I got an excellent exam and glasses there 3 years ago. I broke the frames a year ago and wandered in to replace them, and the kindly optician waved me over and gave me a new pair, no charge. It wasn't in warranty and he never even took my name; this is just how they roll. Recently both lens became too scratched to use safely, so I wandered in to replace them yesterday. They couldn't replace my glasses without an exam and scheduled me for the first available, in November. (They're very popular and always packed.) An hour later, they called with an opening that afternoon. The doctor from 3 years ago saw me, gave me a thorough exam with great manner and explanations. He handed me sample dry-eye formula and wrote a new prescription. The front desk staff found and billed vision insurance I didn't know I had, and the price was waaaay lower than I expected. I now have shiny new lenses in my trust old frames. Healthcare doesn't get better than this. Highly recommended for anyone needing eye care in Garner. I won't let anyone else care for my eyes.“

“My appt at 815. I waited about 20-30 minutes. However the dr explained why and was empathetic. He went over all my tests, explained how I can help my eyes, addressed all my concerns. After the front area explained my benefits and how best to use them. I couldn't ask it expect more.“
