they are charging a $75 fee to get your prescription after an eye exam when not buying glasses from them. This is in violation of the Federal Trade Commission Laws. Time to write some letters and send some emails!

Took my grandson in and felt very rushed! He was unsure of images, couldn't see and guessed his way through! Very dissatisfied! Do not recommend especially for the younger and undiagnosed eyes!!

This is how it works when you go there......They schedule you an appointment and make you feel like you can afford glasses. The Doctor was amazing! No complaint. Good Job Doc! While you are waiting in the office, you start to notice the posters on the wall about a new machine they have that can do all this and that. Well just like most folks, we think that we should add that exam to the visit. (More money). After you have completed the exam, you are then handed off to a staff person. This is when the money making starts! There were options for near $2000.00. My selection: a nice set of transition lenses, add the scratch proof lens, add the fog proof whatever whatever. "No auto dark" and a pair of China sunglasses for 50% off with my prescription lenses, it was around $1200.00. WOW! Ouch! Could have been much much more money And yes there are many many options! So you get this warranty with the lenses. I'll be super clear... it's one year and up to two replacement lenses set. Yes they did give me my first replacements no problem. I was very appreciative. When I called to make an appointment to receive my second set of warranty lenses. The staff failed to tell me that my warranty expired which caused me to drive to the location just to be told my warranty was expired. Then they just hand you back the scratched up useless glasses without even offering a price to replace your lenses. ( What do they want another 900.00 or so now?) I am warning you in advance so that you do not go there like me hoping to find help etc.. You don't really know how the whole glasses appointments works because this is your first time ever. You certainly don't know who to call. I couldn't even imagine how much they would get you for If you had more than one exam in the same day. There has to be another option for affordable glasses. I will be searching as well. I hope there is anyways! Go there if you dare but it's expensive!!!!
