I was very pleased that the optometrist took time with the exam and answered all my questions without being rushed and I think the contacts I was fitted with are much better than my previous contacts.My only complaint was they had no magnifying mirror! In a place where you have to take your contacts out and then put them back in! I had to have one of the employees help me determine if I had my contact the right way on my finger so I could get it back in. Other optometrists offices I’ve been in had a magnifying mirror! The staff are so wonderful, friendly, and accommodating! Great attitudes and great customer service and each of the docs I’ve seen have been very kind, good communicators, and make you feel comfortable.

Excellence service. Entire staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist. Quick online process helped with time in office. Dr. Demarco Is my new optometrist. Excited to know my vision is in such great hands. A plus that this Garner location is near my neighborhood.Ordered two of the beautiful frames. Great selection on hand. Can’t wait to get my new specks! ?
