“Great gym for all levels. They have a well equipped gym from machines, to free weights, to functional movement equipment. If you’re a beginner, you’ll love it here because they have basic equipment to advanced to allow you to start and get better. If you’re intermediate to advanced, you’ll love the equipment selection. Looking for cardio, they have so many pieces that you’ll never struggle finding something to use. The staff was very welcoming and inviting. They really make an effort to make you feel comfortable when you walk through the doors. Come check it out for yourself.“
“Love F45 and love this location specifically! I like the layout of this location because it doesn't allow you to watch everyone else in front of you since it's more of an elongated space, it helps me focus on me and what I am doing more than other locations where you're in the back of the room and can see everyone else in front of you. Super easy to follow workouts, coaches are always high energy and there to push you to your limit! Everyone is always super friendly. Never hard to find parking.“

“I have been a student of Guro Chris McWethy for 3 years. He is a very good teacher who is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. The class is well organized and always interesting. I have learned real world basic and intermediate self defense techniques. There is also a lot of stick and some knife work. One night per week is sparring with padded sticks.“

“John helped me to gain 10lbs of lean muscle. I was feeling at my weakest because I had not been working out for years, but thanks to John I felt like I had some energy and confidence back in my life. He holds you accountable and truly cares about your goals. He wants to see you succeed. Additionally, I like that he talks to you on an individual level, and you're not just some other client. He really tries to get to know you, and I appreciated that. Sometimes making the decision to workout can be a tough one. You might be afraid of others laughing at you or thinking it's futile that you're even trying. However John is supportive and understanding all the way.Most people try to lose weight, but I was trying to gain weight since I am technically underweight for a 6' 1" guy. Started off at around 170lbs 15-16% body fat, and ended up at around 183lbs 14-15% body fat. Had to return back to school, but plan on hopefully training more soon.“

“I took a cooking class here with a co-worker and I didn't expect it to be as amazing as it was! Our work offers wellness dollars to use for classes so first off, the class was free. Secondly, the menu was delicious. Third, the kitchen was huge and I felt like I was on a cooking TV show. Childhood dreams fulfilled. The thing I wasn't expecting was that since the class was in a group of about 15 people, we weren't able to cook everything individually. We were split into groups and each group got to decide what item they got to cook. Everyone in my group each worked on a different step of the directions. I liked it and it was fun but I was hoping to work through the whole recipe on my own - however, I know that's not possible with such a large group. The chef Jeremy was charismatic and very knowledgeable. He taught us techniques on how to cut certain vegetables/fruits and tips on cooking as well. I loved his hands-on approach ! He was super nice as well. Of course, the menu couldn't be beat. Although we weren't able to take the food home (bummer) we served the food family-style and everyone got to serve themselves and get seconds. Had a great time overall!“
