I had a problem that looked/ could have been very bad, but my plumber kept looking until he found the most conservative approach that worked. We all need that kind of help!This is my second review reporting great service. This time I needed a new kitchen faucet, but ordered the wrong one myself. The plumber diagnosed that immediately, helped me choose the correct replacement and installed the replacement when it came. Absolutely no hassle and no extra charges because of my own error!! Highly recommend again.“

“Metro Heating & Plumbing FOR THE WIN! We had two gas leaks and a dripping shower head. I called late in the day on Monday, and they were able to send Richard out first thing Tuesday morning. Richard was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to complete a fairly complicated job quickly and at a very fair price. We had had a quote done from another large company for our shower issue - they had said they'd need to rip out the entire wall and it would be a several thousand dollar job. Richard suspected all that was needed was a small part replacement - and he was right! He saved us a ton of money and no more drips! He also went above and beyond with the gas leak issues. Metro will absolutely be our go-to for services in the future.“

I had already had 2 plumbers out that made me very concerned about the project from the start. I had purchased my water heater from Menards and these guys were at my house and installed my new one. It took them an hour!! They removed my old one and disposed of all the trash! Very polite and would definitely recommend and use them in the future!“

“Capra’s utilities relined my main sewer pipe in 2018. This morning I noticed that the main floor drain was backing up, which is not supposed to happen once the main line is relined. I called at 6 AM and to my surprise, Mike, the owner of the company, answered the phone. He had somebody to my house by 9 o’clock in the morning to put a camera down the line to see what was going on. Then, at about 1 o’clock. A team of people showed up and corrected the problem, which was just a connector from the cleanout to the main pipe. This was all covered under the warranty of the original work. I applaud Capra’s customer service for honoring the warranty and for providing me same-day service.Highly recommended!“

They identified the problem, explained it to us, showed us what could be done (giving us options), and included us in the decision of how to proceed. They worked steadily for several hours, and when they were done, they had everything cleaned up and our problem resolved. The bill was less than half of what I expected!They were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I'm glad I called them, having been disappointed with other plumbers we've used. Mike called in advance to let me know he was coming over in 20 minutes, asked some smart questions, and honestly seemed to have diagnosed the whole thing before he even got here. Then he got here, thoroughly checked to make sure that his diagnosis was right, while showing and explaining what he was doing, then promptly solved the issued, cleaned the system, and cleaned up the job site, and then gave advice on how to avoid these issues in the future. I think everything was cleaner AFTER he had come over, that's how great he did the work. Despite the thoroughness, the visit took less than the estimated time, and came in under the estimated cost. What?!? Amazing service on a Saturday. Can't say enough good things here.“

“Greg came out within a couple hours of my calling him to unplug our kitchen sink drain. He was friendly and offered tips to keep the drain free flowing. He had the drain unplugged in short order. He also answered my questions about the longevity of our water heater and softener, and said they probably won't need to be replaced for a number of years because they are reputable brands. He checked out the sump pump brand too, and recommended a backup system that would still work during a power outage. Bottom line: he did the work quickly and effectively, and provided useful information about future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!“
