The plumber diagnosed that immediately, helped me choose the correct replacement and installed the replacement when it came. Absolutely no hassle and no extra charges because of my own error!! “Metro Heating & Plumbing FOR THE WIN! We had two gas leaks and a dripping shower head. I called late in the day on Monday, and they were able to send Richard out first thing Tuesday morning. Richard was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to complete a fairly complicated job quickly and at a very fair price. We had had a quote done from another large company for our shower issue - they had said they'd need to rip out the entire wall and it would be a several thousand dollar job. Richard suspected all that was needed was a small part replacement - and he was right! He saved us a ton of money and no more drips! He also went above and beyond with the gas leak issues. Metro will absolutely be our go-to for services in the future.“

“As other reviewers said, they came right on time. Punctuality is one of my values. Our townhome is forty years old and our dryer venting was the original “slinky” with thin rubber covering which isn’t up to code. The vent extended almost the full length of our home and ended above the a/c unit in our patio. This is not what the service team was expecting so, with their professional expertise, they instead installed new venting that exits at the side of our home. I’m impressed not only with the new installation but also with Grace’s expertise. I paid more than the ballpark figure I was quoted over the phone, but that didn’t surprise me. “ENP came to the rescue when the supply line to our toilet burst a leak and flooded our home. They were able to quickly come and rebuild our original toilets rather than having to replace. I don't feel as though they were more expensive than any other good plumber.“

“Capra’s utilities relined my main sewer pipe in 2018. This morning I noticed that the main floor drain was backing up, which is not supposed to happen once the main line is relined. I called at 6 AM and to my surprise, Mike, the owner of the company, answered the phone. He had somebody to my house by 9 o’clock in the morning to put a camera down the line to see what was going on. Then, at about 1 o’clock. A team of people showed up and corrected the problem, which was just a connector from the cleanout to the main pipe. This was all covered under the warranty of the original work. I applaud Capra’s customer service for honoring the warranty and for providing me same-day service.Highly recommended!“

Mike called in advance to let me know he was coming over in 20 minutes, asked some smart questions, and honestly seemed to have diagnosed the whole thing before he even got here. Then he got here, thoroughly checked to make sure that his diagnosis was right, while showing and explaining what he was doing, then promptly solved the issued, cleaned the system, and cleaned up the job site, and then gave advice on how to avoid these issues in the future. I think everything was cleaner AFTER he had come over, that's how great he did the work. Despite the thoroughness, the visit took less than the estimated time, and came in under the estimated cost. What?!? Amazing service on a Saturday. Can't say enough good things here.“

They came out the next day and gave us several options for repair, several estimates for purchasing a new unit and installation. Fortunately we were able to repair the unit ourselves when I told them they seem so happy for us. “Greg came out within a couple hours of my calling him to unplug our kitchen sink drain. He was friendly and offered tips to keep the drain free flowing. He had the drain unplugged in short order. He also answered my questions about the longevity of our water heater and softener, and said they probably won't need to be replaced for a number of years because they are reputable brands. He checked out the sump pump brand too, and recommended a backup system that would still work during a power outage. Bottom line: he did the work quickly and effectively, and provided useful information about future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!“
