Capra’s utilities relined my main sewer pipe in 2018. This morning I noticed that the main floor drain was backing up, which is not supposed to happen once the main line is relined. I called at 6 AM and to my surprise, Mike, the owner of the company, answered the phone. He had somebody to my house by 9 o’clock in the morning to put a camera down the line to see what was going on. Then, at about 1 o’clock. A team of people showed up and corrected the problem, which was just a connector from the cleanout to the main pipe. This was all covered under the warranty of the original work. I’m so pleased that I selected this company to put in my new septic system!They had a few curve balls thrown at them today and they weren’t sure if they could get the project done, with 3 new tanks and a new drain field it was a challenge.
