Once Mike and Tom should up at our house, they got right to work. They identified the problem, explained it to us, showed us what could be done (giving us options), and included us in the decision of how to proceed. They worked steadily for several hours, and when they were done, they had everything cleaned up and our problem resolved. The bill was less than half of what I expected!They were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. I'm glad I called them, having been disappointed with other plumbers we've used. I will not hesitate to call them again, and will gladly recommend Falcon Plumbing to my neighbors.

Nothing but greatness from Mike! He is honest and hard working! He knows what he is doing and listened to what we wanted. We remodeled our bathroom and he was very helpful! I have recommended him to many of our friends!
