Metro Heating & Plumbing FOR THE WIN! We had two gas leaks and a dripping shower head. I called late in the day on Monday, and they were able to send Richard out first thing Tuesday morning. Richard was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to complete a fairly complicated job quickly and at a very fair price. We had had a quote done from another large company for our shower issue - they had said they'd need to rip out the entire wall and it would be a several thousand dollar job. I had my furnace and water heater replaced a few weeks ago. Mike and Keith were both on time and within the time frame I was told. They did a great job and cleaned up the mess I’m sure was created. I checked in on them occasionally and asked a few questions. They answered them in a way I could understand. Very professional and kind. I would recommend them both again.
Our water heater stopped working yesterday after 24 years (owner never replaced and we should have checked before we bought our townhome). We got scheduled the next day with Richard, who called bright and early to let me know he would be here in 20 minutes. He arrived promptly, was so polite. The job took a couple of hours (fast) and my first time with Metro Heating and Cooling was amazing- thank you Richard! He was also very clean (laid down cloth) to not scrape/dirty floors which I appreciated. Will be using them again in the future.
