“Friendly, honest, quick service on my Sears vacuum. I expected to drop off and pick up at a later time. Ted quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue while I waited. Very fair price for the work done. Thanks.“

“We have been customers of S&R Appliance Repair since 2005. They are consistently knowledgeable and courteous. Scott listened carefully to our needs. We recently had a heat pump, furnace, air purifier, zoning, and controls installed by Scott, Alex, Jim, and Sam in one day. Before they left, they taught us how to use it and what to expect. They left the house clean and removed the old units and packaging. Two days later, on a Sunday, Scott phoned to follow up. If we could give more than five stars, we would give them to S&R! “You won't find a more honest and caring repair person on the planet. The owner went way above and beyond! Repair was made within days despite never having encountered this particular problem before. I know I would have been charged triple the cost at another place.“

“I had Jessie as our repairman to check out my dishwasher and he sure knows his stuff. After going through diagnostic on the dishwasher he recommended to get a new one since it was failing the tests. So glad to have found him on Google. I would totally recommend Certied Appliance, Handyman & Construction for appliance issues.“

“Our Wolf duel fuel range encountered an issue where the oven was not heating up at all. After 14+ years this was the first issue we encountered, and naturally we were a little concerned at what it could be and how much it would cost to repair. We reached out to Thomas Service Co. and scheduled an appointment for a couple days out. The technician called to let us know he was on his way and showed up within the next 15 minutes. He was able to diagnose the issue as a broken relay control board. It was literally fried out and he showed me where on the board it had gone bad. From diagnosis to repair it took about an hour and came in at a reasonable price considering I've seen just the part alone retail for around $450.From the person taking our service call to the technician who reapaired the issue, all employees were extremely courteous and professonal. I would recommend to anyone in need of a repair to their Wolf products.“
