You won't find a more honest and caring repair person on the planet. The owner went way above and beyond! Repair was made within days despite never having encountered this particular problem before. I know I would have been charged triple the cost at another place.

How did I not know about this little gem of a repair shop on Robert Street? I took in my vacuum for repair and couldn't have been more satisfied with the time turn around and repair job. I got my vacuum back in less than a week. When I first picked it up and brought it home there seemed to still be an issue so I called the store immediately. They had me bring it in the next morning and had it back to me in 2 days with no additional charges and an apology that it had seemed to have another issue. Oh and did I mention that my cost was $35 for my repair?! Such a great price and such great work ethic and customer service. Now a customer for life!!!

Dropped off my vacuum for a tune upJack is very friendly and knows what needs to be done. update picked up my vacuum it's like brand new Jack replaced the cord that was fraid tuned it up works great again I will be bringing my other one in for a tune up
