We recently had a heat pump, furnace, air purifier, zoning, and controls installed by Scott, Alex, Jim, and Sam in one day. Before they left, they taught us how to use it and what to expect. They left the house clean and removed the old units and packaging. Two days later, on a Sunday, Scott phoned to follow up. If we could give more than five stars, we would give them to S&R! Elaine H.“

“First time to this store located a few blocks west of the MSP airport. Knowledgeable and friendly staff there; they explained a lot to me about central vac systems and tools. “I didn't know if I would ever use this, but I did. My furnace stopped working on a thursday. Called right away at 7am. Dude that helped me on the phone wasn't the nicest. But KB service called me back about an hour and a half later and got someone over later that afternoon. Sean came. He was awesome. Figured out what was wrong with it. They needed to order part and told me Monday. I went and got some space heaters and waited the 3 days. On Monday kb service called me back, and said they were sending ado out. Again. He was super awesome as well and got my furnace up and running! Not sure if I should be leaving review for homesmart or kb.“
