3 visits prior to buying and Foor sales staff always busy ... this was a good sign others felt Steves was worthwhile shopping at. When new refrigerator arrived 2 installers enjoyed their work, Found out they are full time employees. 8 Years ago we bought some appliances from best buy.The installers were sub contractors who said some days they are forced to deliver more than what is reasonable and effectively made $6 /hr. Steves treats workers like we all would like to be treated. We have been customers at Steve’s Appliances in the past and have always been very happy with our purchases, and we always go back whenever we need anything. We had need for multiple new appliances and once again we were treated kindly and with no pressure to purchase. Prices are better than big box stores. Veronica was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and when my husband had a question she did not have an answer to, she found us the person who did! Have continued to recommend Steve’s Appliances to friends, family and neighbors for all of these reasons. Thanks again Veronica!

I just purchased an LG washer and dryer from Steve's Appliances and had a great experience from start to finish. My salespeople were very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. As well, the delivery went off without a hitch and the delivery gentlemen were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I will recommend Steve's to anyone with high regard.
