“Metro Heating & Plumbing FOR THE WIN! We had two gas leaks and a dripping shower head. I called late in the day on Monday, and they were able to send Richard out first thing Tuesday morning. Richard was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to complete a fairly complicated job quickly and at a very fair price. We had had a quote done from another large company for our shower issue - they had said they'd need to rip out the entire wall and it would be a several thousand dollar job. Richard suspected all that was needed was a small part replacement - and he was right! He saved us a ton of money and no more drips! He also went above and beyond with the gas leak issues. Metro will absolutely be our go-to for services in the future.“

I had a problem that looked/ could have been very bad, but my plumber kept looking until he found the most conservative approach that worked. “Our furnace went out late on a Friday night, I called R&S HVAC because of the sticker on our furnace. They responded very quickly and even though there was nothing that could be done that night Aaron was able to tell me where to buy replacement parts on Saturday morning. As I was driving home with new part Aaron checked in again! 12 hours from time our furnace went down until it was blown heat again on a weekend in January is pretty awesome! Highly recommend R&S HVAC for great customer support!“

“We own multiple properties around the twin cities metro. We had an after hours no heat call and everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful. Never fun to deal with no heat in a Minnesota winter. Perfection made it a lot easier.The technicians were professional and gave great knowledgeable recommendations.We then decided to do an extensive project with perfection. (Adding 4 forced air AC units and replacing 4 20+ year old Furnaces). Nick has been exceptional and the pricing is a great value, much more reasonable than larger commercialized shops in the area.I will recommend perfection heating to everyone I know looking for HVAC services.“
