We own multiple properties around the twin cities metro. We had an after hours no heat call and everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful. Never fun to deal with no heat in a Minnesota winter. Perfection made it a lot easier.The technicians were professional and gave great knowledgeable recommendations.We then decided to do an extensive project with perfection. (Adding 4 forced air AC units and replacing 4 20+ year old Furnaces). Nick has been exceptional and the pricing is a great value, much more reasonable than larger commercialized shops in the area.I will recommend perfection heating to everyone I know looking for HVAC services.
I would highly recommend Perfection Heating and Air Conditioning. They were fast in scheduling me. Made follow up calls to confirm appointment. Dalton and Zac were here to install my new high efficiency furnace. These two were polite and courteous. They explained what they were doing as they went through the installation process. They cleaned up any mess that was made. They made sure I was informed of correct furnace filters to use. They also installed a programmable thermostat and taught me how to program it. Extremely professional, prompt, and polite. I can't recommend Pefection enough. We had them install a split unit A/C, infloor heating, a towel warmer, and replace a radiator in our master bedroom/bathroom. Everybody has been an absolute delight to work with, the office staff, the A/C installers, and the radiator specialists. Please consider them if you have a project they can help with.
