“Experiencing Tammy's work has been life changing for the chronic headaches, neck and shoulder pains I have been experiencing for over 20 years. She has gotten me down from excruciating pain levels to hardly a noticeable dull ache during a one hour session many times during the past few years that I have occasionally went to her for bodywork sessions. I have seen her more regularly recently and it has been very helpful in keeping me out of pain &/ a lot less. If I would be more diligent with the simple exercises she's showed me I would probably be living a pain free life. Do not hesitate to see Tammy if you have any pain &/ spine or other issues She really cares and will go out of her way to help, make herself avail and get you out of pain!“

“Just got done attending a class on zoom with William Prottengeier. You really should investigate this center and William's classes. Very clear and concise instructional style. Includes philosophical commentary and mind body breath, conceptualizations to help the student go within. Inspiring and humorous. I love his classes and the center.“
“So far, I'm obesessed with the sauna services! The employees I've met so far have been very welcoming and kind. The smell in the air is wonderful and my old sore overweight body feels like it's being cared for in the most wonderful way. I feel that I am in good hands with this thoughtfully crafted space! This would be a fantastic place to stop in and buy a gift for a friend as well. I feel I can trust their products.The only thing that slightly irritated me is the "psychic" in the corner ignored my verbal greeting both on my way IN and on my way OUT of the store, I just laughed to myself and thought, my pockets are LOADED she must not be able to SENSE it and she'll speak to me when she feels like making some money. Infact; there seem to be a collection of older folks that shoot me death stares every single time I walk in, maybe relatives of the owners, irregardless thats not how we treat new customers, especially big spenders! Haha overall still a 5 star rating and thats my only complaint. I'm grateful to be here just gotta wear my hater shades. :) :)“
“I tried a yoga class that was not right for me because of fibromyalgia and sciatica. The teacher was great. She tried to adapt the poses and when that didn't work she said she wasn't going to charge me so I could use the credit for a more gentle class.“
“Amazing space with welcoming people. I loved the 5pm gentle practice. It was the right amount of movement, meditation, and rest. It’s tricky to find so give yourself a few extra minutes. But plenty of parking on the street.“
“I have been meeting on Zoom with Lori for almost 3 years. She creates a personalized exercise routine for me each week. Lori watches my form, takes into account my goals, knows my strengths and weaknesses and most recently is helping me mentally power through an injury. I am much more consistent with my exercising because of her!“

They have a great variety of classes available which is what makes them unique- all sorts of yoga classes, yoga sculpt, strength training, and circuit style. The coaches are all phenomenal as well- im consistently amazed each time I have a new instructor. Committing to working out has never been easy for me- I didn’t grow up playing sports so never really felt like I fit in the “fitness” realm, plus didn’t have much experience with the discipline of fitness. “Shaila is an experienced and knowledgeable yoga instructor in many types of yoga practices which she brings from in her classes which gives the name YOGAHOTDISH. I have been going to Shaila's classes for over 12 years and she truly is the best! She is knowledgable, experienced and adapts her yoga classes to individual needs/concerns/goals of her students......definitely not the fad/mass type of yoga class. Arden Hills is a wonderful space for yoga.....when weather permits there is a private outdoor patio looking over a beautiful wildlife area and a very spacious indoor area directly next to the patio. “It's a wonderful studio and has experienced teachers with actionable tips and adjustments to fit your build. I myself prefer 26/2 hot yoga for 90 minutes and they exclusively offer 60, but I wouldn't say it takes anything away from the studio. The class has a beautiful view overlooking White Bear Lake as well.“
“Shaila is an instructor with heart. She is practical, wise, compassionate, humorous, and incredibly knowledgeable about yoga and how to teach it. She is very active and hands on throughout every session, moving around the whole 90 minutes helping every person correct and/or adapt poses.She makes her classes widely available across a large geographic range while leaving a small footprint by tucking into available unused community spaces whether it be a community center, childcare center, golf club, art center, or church.She understands that injuries, aging, surgeries and other bodily trials happen over the long haul of yoga practice, so she is an instructor who will push you plenty, but who also embraces the concept and frequently states it, “Do the best you can with the body you showed up in today. “Dawn is one of the most AMAZING individuals I have ever known. This is the reason I took her yoga teacher training course. She is extremely knowledgeable and offers so much more than typical training. She is kind, flexible and patient, and takes the time to get to know you and what you need to learn the information. I loved the fact she brought in a “guest” speaker, to let us experience Thai Body work. She definitely goes outside of the box, and I really appreciate her humor and lightheartedness she gives to the class.
