I was in town in work and came across this delightful yoga studio. Seamless scheduling in the app, competitive prices, and when I walked through the door I was greeted by warm people and a beautiful facility. I've taken 2 classes already and can't wait for my next trip to have more!

i thoroughly enjoyed my yoga class with Alicia and overall experience at healing elements in st. paul on como ave (SAP neighborhood location). i have never been to Carpe Diem at other locations but will be trying to make it to more classes there this week and when i’m able to based on the pricing of things. also my tea from the counter was SO Delicious and it was their “Peace” tea. try ordering in it next time you’re in the area and be sure to say hey to lovely folks there ?☀️❤️ it feels like they are braiding sweetgrass like robin wall kimmerer writes about. grab her book from SAP branch library too (or listen to while tending your garden or literally...read full review

Rebecca C teaches with such kindness, knowledge, and adapts to the needs of the group. She skillfully, beautifully and seemingly effortlessly weaves information about what we're doing and why. She also offers a bigger picture perspective of the universe & collective to consider and inspire. I always feel so great physically and spiritually after her classes.In addition-Maddie at the front desk is always so welcoming and personal!!
