“Experiencing Tammy's work has been life changing for the chronic headaches, neck and shoulder pains I have been experiencing for over 20 years. She has gotten me down from excruciating pain levels to hardly a noticeable dull ache during a one hour session many times during the past few years that I have occasionally went to her for bodywork sessions. I have seen her more regularly recently and it has been very helpful in keeping me out of pain &/ a lot less. If I would be more diligent with the simple exercises she's showed me I would probably be living a pain free life. “I have been a student of Guro Chris McWethy for 3 years. He is a very good teacher who is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. The class is well organized and always interesting. I have learned real world basic and intermediate self defense techniques. There is also a lot of stick and some knife work. One night per week is sparring with padded sticks.“

In addition to being on top of the latest research on fitness and nutrition he is so creative in helping with individual needs and working with what you have to set you up for success.
