These classes are a fun way to mix up routines, try something new, and feel good doing it! You also cannot beat the prices that are offered. I will always recommend the Fitness Police to anyone who wants to see real results in real time.“
“I took a cooking class here with a co-worker and I didn't expect it to be as amazing as it was! Our work offers wellness dollars to use for classes so first off, the class was free. Secondly, the menu was delicious. Third, the kitchen was huge and I felt like I was on a cooking TV show. Childhood dreams fulfilled. The thing I wasn't expecting was that since the class was in a group of about 15 people, we weren't able to cook everything individually. We were split into groups and each group got to decide what item they got to cook. Everyone in my group each worked on a different step of the directions. I liked it and it was fun but I was hoping to work through the whole recipe on my own - however, I know that's not possible with such a large group. The chef Jeremy was charismatic and very knowledgeable. He taught us techniques on how to cut certain vegetables/fruits and tips on cooking as well. I loved his hands-on approach ! He was super nice as well. Of course, the menu couldn't be beat. Although we weren't able to take the food home (bummer) we served the food family-style and everyone got to serve themselves and get seconds. Had a great time overall!“

If your looking to be the best version of yourself you should consider looking into a membership here. Coach led group training practices with nutrition and health tips. For the young and old. They modify your workout if needed due to mobility issues or injuries.“
“Living healthy and losing weight has been a struggle and I have worked with several trainers in the past and failed. Working with Daniel has been a very different experience for me. First was doing a meal plan with Daniel, he truly listens to your likes and dislikes so that you will succeed. I have even become a group fitness instructor and feel so positive,fit and healthy! Scott is a great teacher, coach and motivator. He has a style that is friendly, easy going and makes you comfortable, all while really motivating me to reach my goals and even set them higher. He listens to you and is very thorough and comprehensive with his approach. Some people hear about smaller gym and think they're tiny. This one is not! There is plenty of space to move around and the equipment is laid out nicely. I was one of those "big" gym goers, too. I don't miss them at all! The owner is fantastic and the office manager, Mary, is the best!! She knows every member and makes you feel welcome and is always excited to see the members walk in. I love it!“
