Most of my workouts were with Eric coaching. Love his energy always pushing me to do more & making me realize I’m stronger than I think. Both Will & Eric took my weights away from me to give me heavier ones because “I was stronger than that!” They were correct, cannot argue with that. It was always something new everyday I stepped in there. If you don’t have a lot of time, it’s the perfect way to get an amazing workout in under an hour. A killer workout I must say. “Dominic is fantastic. When my daughter introduced us I was determined to get out of pain in my back knees and shoulders. He had this machine that he could fine where the pain was coming from and he worked on those areas. It was amazing. I have been pain free for over a year now. I can climb stairs without pain in my knees. I do the exercises he gave me every morning. If you suffer from any pain I recommend seeing him.“
