“Another great visit by a great company. Called for a no cool and they were able to fit us in the same day within several hours. We were also able to get our maintenance done at the same time. We have been customers and appreciate when a business comes through with not only solving our problem, but also having spectacular customer service on top of it. We have had technician Mike out to our residence multiple times and he’s treated us with the utmost respect, while still making us feel at ease even in an emergency. He was not pushy and gave an honest opinion even if that means not selling today. He knows he will have our business in the future. You sir, are a pro, and we are grateful you took care of us again!“

“I had called Thursday night because our air wasn't working. The guy who answered the phone was super helpful, and sent someone out the next morning at 9am. We had several other companies out that day too, just to get opinions and costs. We ended up deciding to go with Furnance Doctors because they had the best pricing, so I called Friday night after hours, and again, I was able to speak to someone. He scheduled an appointment for 9am on Monday to have it fixed. It only took them an hour to replace our blower motor, and control panel! I would highly recommend going with them. They had the best pricing, by a lot, and the turnaround time was extremely fast. We appreciate it!“

“I highly recommend MD’s Heating and Air Services LLC! I had a few bids with other companies that priced me high and were not very informative or friendly. I then researched and discovered MD’s services my area in St. Paul and reached out for a bid on a new AC unit. I received a prompt and friendly response right away from Jessica and had a visit scheduled the next day! Matthias was very respectful and timely when he arrived. He was very informative with the different types of AC’s available and did not pressure me - at all - into the highest bid, but rather explained what would work best for my home and what to consider in the future. I also felt confident with my choice because they’re a Carrier brand company too. After scheduling a visit, Trevor installed a new coil in my furnace (which is a down draft and not common from what I understand!) and placed my new AC unit and set up digital smart thermostat on a very hot 91 degree sunny day! I was informed on what to expect, how to use my new thermostat, and felt the cool air already! Jessica was super informative and helpful with all my questions throughout the process, which made a huge impact on my experience. While all of this may be a stressful and costly issue, I felt very at ease and supported by MD’s and I’m very happy with my experience. I’m so glad I went with a small local company and would recommend them to anyone!“
