My mother is 83 years old. Her home does not have a central heating or cooling system. Instead she uses a wall mounted air conditioner to cool her home. Her air conditioner went out this summer during one of the heat waves. She called Doyle Heating and Air Conditioning and got a return call from someone named Jonas. This person initially quoted her $3000.00 to put a new wall air conditioner in an existing hole. He then proceeded to order an air conditioner that was too small for the hole, which left a large gap around the air conditioner. He did such a poor job filling the gap that you could see outside.
