“Mvmt Lab has really changed how I workout. I love the environment and the workouts. Everyone is so nice and welcoming from Becci, the owner, to the trainers. Most of my workouts were with Eric coaching. Love his energy always pushing me to do more & making me realize I’m stronger than I think. Both Will & Eric took my weights away from me to give me heavier ones because “I was stronger than that!” They were correct, cannot argue with that. It was always something new everyday I stepped in there. If you don’t have a lot of time, it’s the perfect way to get an amazing workout in under an hour. A killer workout I must say. Everyone is in there with the same objective and focused on what they are doing. I thought I knew what working out was until I stepped into Mvmt Lab! I really recommend everyone to try them out. He had this machine that he could fine where the pain was coming from and he worked on those areas. It was amazing. I have been pain free for over a year now. I can climb stairs without pain in my knees. I do the exercises he gave me every morning. If you suffer from any pain I recommend seeing him.“

I can enthusiastically say that after eight years there is no way I would be where I'm at without the Discover Strength team. It doesn't matter how unmotivated I am or what else is happening in my world - I give them everything I have for thirty minutes and they push me harder than I could ever push myself. A special shout out to Kayla - I was curious how things would go after choosing a random trainer based on my availability and she didn't miss a beat. Two minutes into the workout and it felt like we had been training together for years.“

She has gotten me down from excruciating pain levels to hardly a noticeable dull ache during a one hour session many times during the past few years that I have occasionally went to her for bodywork sessions. I have seen her more regularly recently and it has been very helpful in keeping me out of pain &/ a lot less. If I would be more diligent with the simple exercises she's showed me I would probably be living a pain free life.
