This gym has everything you could ever need! The equipment is great, the environment and staff are super welcoming and the options you have for post workout recovery are phenomenal. I got a chance to do personal training with Bianca and it was one of the best training sessions I’ve had in a very long time. This is THE place to go if you are serious about your fitness goals.
Love the gym, I'm there 5-6 days a week. New sauna is great!! Would love it a little warmer. The new rearranging of the equipment thru me for a loop. You're staring at others butts when working on a few of them. Lol. I was just at a TX location on vacation and Blaine blew that one away!
Bring your welding mask when you visit this gym and plan on doing any bench press. This gym features an eye scolding 15,000 lumen LED light right in the sweet spot of your pressing action. This puppy is so bright guaranteed to make you go blind in minutes. There is nothing more motivating to get your reps in quick than the risk of going blind!
