The office often has a long wait (plan for it), but Dr. Fontichiaro is worth the wait. I don't normally write reviews for medical care, but Dr. Fontichiaro really made a difference.

Griffin is absolutely terrific with tweens. My son is on the shy side and typically hates haircuts, but he really, really loved Griffin. The haircut took nearly an hour and is fabulous! I anticipate that it will look good for twice as long as what it otherwise would (hence one can justify the higher price).

The best nail technician in Ann Arbor. Peri deeply cares about her client's experiences and goes above and beyond to ensure the quality of her work. If I ever break a nail or need an emergency repair, she is so responsive and always finds time to fit me in. If you are looking for a high quality gel manicure that lasts a long time, this is it. You can even see how much stronger my nails are just being under her care, the photo with the ring on was my first manicure and my nails are so much longer now!

This is the only nail salon I will go to in the area. Whether I have a specific request, show them a picture, or have no idea what I want, Cindy gives me perfect nails every time. I’ve had a positive experience with the other nail techs as well. They are friendly and know what looks good! I usually get a dip powder manicure with tips and they last 3 weeks or longer every time :)

I love this place! I love it. I have been to the others around the town and sure they do good enuf, but the french at foxy just looks so fresh, and so clean, and so nice. I love my nails and my toes. I am a solid tipper because these nails just come out lookin so right. I have had my lashes done for about 4 months there and they looked good as well. I am taking a break with lashes for now, but they did look niiicccee.
Anyway, back to the nails. I have Donna do my nails and toes, and she just does such a good job. Love that lady. Thank you, I appreciate you so much. I think you are adorable!
Clean and bougie vibe, in a very good way. Nice and communicative staff. I took my 4 year old daughter there and she had a blast being treated like a princess. They don't do special effect nails that would require sponges or Galaxy glitter nails, but their art and attention to detail more than makes up for that. I've been going there for a few months now and each stylist has been wonderful.
Cleanliness: Very clean location. It doesn't smell like chemicals nor is everything covered in nail dust. Nothing is worn down or taped together.

First, The nail techs did an amazing job. I took my daughter and her friend in for kids pedicures on her birthday and they made sure the girls were comfortable and had a great time. Gave them lollipops and chatted with them. Their toes looked great after. Very happy with the nail techs.
However I’m giving four stars because I booked these pedicures weeks in advance thinking they were going to be $25 each. This is the price for a kid pedicure according to Fabulous Nails website under their kids services. It also said there would be candy scented scrubs and lotions used which was not the case. When I went up to pay they told me it was $30 for each girl. When I questioned them and said well your website says $25 for a kids pedicure, I was told they don’t go by the website. They then added an additional $2.00 charge for me paying with a card which I was not aware of or I would have brought cash. So it ended up being $62 for two kids pedicures plus a tip which is way more than the other places I looked at. They either need to stand by the prices on their website or update the website to reflect the price increase because it is misleading to say one thing and charge another.

I am a REGULAR customer of this salon. I have had a wonderful experience with specific staff. I appreciate their customer care and creativity! Jayden, the manager, ensures that each customer enjoys their experience by developing relationships with them and, in turn, creating returning customers. Jayden’s personal clientele is 95% African American women, some of whom I have met in my two years as a customer. To say that Jayden is a racist is absolutely absurd and false. If I had an inkling of racism, I would not spend my hard earned money here, much less become a returning customer! WE are very protective of him! If you cannot afford his services or are just having a bad, don’t come, Kris! Find somebody else to play with! Don’t play with us! And do not call him the N-word, Kris!

Best hair salon I have been to, and I have gone to many. I see Franciso Romo and I finally get the hair cut I want. I have struggled to find a hairdresser that listens to what I want and is consistent with the cuts. Franciso is very experienced and personable. Appointments are easy to schedule, and he is on time. You can't go wrong if you are searching for a great haircut. The salon has moved to 4055 Stone School Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48108.

Her extensive knowledge about the body and how it works has significantly reduced the inflammation in my body, making me feel much better and recover much faster. It was my first time getting a tattoo and I was really nervous but Paul did an absolutely amazing job at walking me through the steps and easing my nerves. He also designed exactly what I had had in mind for the tattoo, I had little to no edits! The execution was perfect as well and I am beyond thrilled with the experience and the tattoo. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is my new go-to plumber. The owner of this new A2 franchise answered the phone and was wonderful to speak with. He was able to schedule me the next day for new sump pump installation when everyone else was booking a week out.
They use the sump pump brand I wanted, top of the line Zolar, and were able to install a backup battery for me when a couple of other companies could not.
Adam, the technician, was also wonderful. He was extremely pleasant, well presented, and courteous. I felt completely safe leaving him there working while I dashed to the store.
I like the membership option a lot. $120/yr saves you the dispatch charge for any visits after the first in the year and takes 15% off your total. And you get an annual whole house plumbing inspection, which includes draining your water tank.

It's cool to have an old school supplier this far west of Detroit. One that has all the commercial grade PVC, copper, brass and cast iron fittings that nobody else has. Specializing in commercial and American made fittings they keep our schools and building from crumbling. It has a small staff and a classic supply house vibe. This is a place for the PRO's but they will sell to the public. If you are a homeowner and you go in there please be nice because they are there to cater to professionals and commercial accounts who know what they are after. She was clearly knowledgeable. And, while she definitely could have recommended work and made some money off of us, she didn't. She took a bit more of her time to explain what we needed to do and gave some product recommendations. I will always give someone like that 5 stars.

J's recently took down 14 trees that posed some risk to my property. The crew arrived on time, were courteous and treated the property as their own. The foreman kept me in the loop on progress and decisions and also let me observe and learn. The disposal of the trees caused some unanticipated stress on the lawn but J's responded quickly by spreading black dirt and seed.
I observed the team working hard all day and in sync. They shared all aspects of the job and no task seemed below anyone on the team. Impresssive.

I can’t say enough about Journey Chiropractic. We had gone 7 years dealing with major behavioral issues with our 9 year old daughter, we tried everything and we were at the point of considering medication. To say we felt helpless was an understatement. We came across Journey Chiropractic on line and saw that they dealt with severe behavior issues in kids including oppositional defiance disorder (which we had self-diagnosed our daughter having). I was skeptical, but also optimistic as Dr. Kirsi was so positive and explained exactly why our daughter was behaving how she did. They saw that her behavior matched perfectly with the misalignment of her body (specifically the spine). Within 1 week she went from a horrible sleeper to an easy sleeper. Within 2 weeks she stopped refusing to eat and stopped complaining about every meal in front of her. Within 5 weeks, she started to do homework without a huge fight (I had actually given up on HW because her behavior was so bad and dangerous I figured we had bigger issues than homework getting done). I know we aren’t 100% there yet, but the progress we have seen in 5 weeks is astonishing to say the least. All I can say is I wish I had found Dr. Kirsi and Dr. Seth sooner! If you are dealing with behavior issues with your kids, this is the first place to start—I wish I had!

Dr Geck is unusually attentive, has a great listening ear, and is incredibly knowledgeable. He's helped me with various health issues through both chiropractic and nutritional care, and those problems remain corrected years later. He gives a calm assurance of competence and genuine concern. Pet Owners Take Notice! I've been seeing Dr Jackson for a number of years for a variety of injuries and strains and she has always gotten me back into great shape. I don't know what I'd do without her. BUT I had no idea that she also treats dogs and cats! Our little beagle was in severe pain. Her neurologist sent her home with several pain medications and instructions for strict crate rest after a negative MRI and spinal tap. Over the course of two weeks her condition steadily worsened and we were beside ourselves, not knowing how to help her find some relief. Dr Jackson began treating her and the results have been outstanding. Our pup was able to sleep through the night for the first time after her first visit with Dr. Jackson. Just like my own experience, our pup has improved after each treatment. I would highly recommend her for your pets care and comfort!!

Dr. Orringer is probably the kindest doctor you will ever meet. I went through laser treatments with him for facial scarring after a car accident and you can barely see anything now. Other doctors have commented on how miraculous the result of his work is when looking at the before and after.

It was a simple call, but at the time I needed to feel like I was making the right decision to change veterinary providers and I am really thankful that I did. The one and only place for Cats. The Doctors, techs, and receptionist are great! I am so happy to have a cat only clinic in my area. They know more about cats and understand the cat/human relationship! Also, I never have to worry about running into dogs in reception. Uptown Veterinary Clinic staff was absolutely amazing when we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old lab, Talula. They explained everything and let our sweet girl stay on her bed in the back of our car so she could be outside in the sunshine. They gave us time for lots of hugs and tears, making such a painful experience as comfortable as possible. The staff was incredible! They also made sure Faithful Companion was there within minutes of us leaving to take her for cremation. We received a call the following morning saying she was back and ready to be taken home! Uptown Vet staff even washed her blanket and had it ready when we returned. I highly recommend Uptown Veterinary Clinic. We miss our "Lula" so much but the compassion and care they showed to us and Talula will never be forgotten.
I truly can’t speak highly enough of this vet. I’m grateful from the bottom of my heart to the whole staff for their steadfast determination, compassion, and wisdom through my dog’s health issues and later battle with cancer. You’ve never seen a dog more loved and well-cared-for at a doctor than him, and he would practically bust the door down to see some or his favorite people every time.
My puppy now benefits from the kindness of the team as well. From social visits to help him warm up to new situations to taking several minutes to patiently encourage him to use the scale, they’ve helped him grow so confident in such a short amount of time that he now loves to see his friends at the vet—just like his brother before him.
I’ve spent more time than most with the Washtenaw Veterinary Hospital staff (and vets in general), and I can honestly say they’re the best of the best. The facilities are clean, the service is always thorough but on time, and the doctors will work to uncover solutions and options other vets won’t even suggest (speaking from experience).

We took our beautiful and beloved Khaleesi to Stadium last week for her rainbow bridge appointment.
She had a very rare adverse reaction to a treatment and then a series of incorrect diagnoses and treatments through two after-hour care areas.
When we came to the understanding that she was not going to recover, we brought her in with the whole family at the very end of the day at Stadium. Dr. Megan made the time to meet with us (though we didn't have an evaluation appointment). She talked through the symptoms and the prior treatments. She confirmed the prognosis that our baby would not recover. And she listened. She listened while our youngest talked to her about our dog, what she was like, how we had treateed her, where we were not listened to...
She confirmed each injection with us, ensuring the kids were prepared to watch or not watch, etc. She allowed us to be with our grief, not trying to soothe us or move us forward more quickly. She reflected a true compassionate stance. When we left the office, I looked at the time and realized we had kept her over her shift by a good deal. I love this clinic! I’ve been taking my rabbit here for about a year for regular checkups, a spay, and other concerns. Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. My rabbit is happy and healthy. Highly recommend!
2024 UPDATE: I wanted to share that I've been a client working with CCAH for at least a few years now, and their level of care and dedication continues to be top tier and somehow improving upon that greatness! They are a super far drive for me, as I've moved in the last year, but I continue to visit them because I value their expertise and practice so much! They've expanded in many ways, offering a variety of new services like 24/7 phone staffing. I feel so confident in the care they provide to my fur babies. Every single person I interact with is a gem, and I appreciate them all! I've had such a pleasure getting to know the CCAH team. I wish they shared their favorite office snacks on their website or something, so that I could shower them in little treats to make the long work days easier. They deserve the world!

I have an almost 7 year old dog and a 2 year old cat. They are my babies, and I will take them to the medical professionals without hesitation to make sure they're happy/healthy.
The entire team at Compassionate Care Animal Hospital is so lovely! Dr. Forbes especially has been a light in our life. My dog has been struggling with some chronic issues for a few years now (she's a tricky case, seen a variety of vets over the years) and I love love love our primary care vet but brought our pup here to explore options they don't have (like imaging, for example).
I heard back from Dr. Forbes within four DAYS of her testing with a complex written explanation/treatment plan that included alternative options to her recommendations. Are you kidding me?! That's outstanding!
The last thing I wanted to mention is how happy my dog is when we leave. I know it sucks not to be able to go in with our babies, but I don't have too much concern about that here. My dog is extremely nervous but it's so clear that every person in the office takes care of your pet while they're inside. My dog warmed right up to them. Their impact was so great that when we went to the pet store down the road after our appointment my pup was warm and excited (without hesitation) with those strangers, too! They have a lasting impact on their patients. <3
I can't recommend them and this hospital enough. If you have a furry friend who needs the help of medical professionals, please give them a shot!
We had to put down our sweet baby today. The people were so kind and so patient with us. They explained everything that was going to happen. Although we're deeply saddened, we're also immensely grateful to all of the people at Bluepearl for treating us and our kitty with compassion and respect. Thank you.

I took my first Hot Pilates class this morning and loved it! The instructor, Evan was fantastic. She was very kind and an amazing instructor especially for a first timer! The studio is a a beautiful and clean environment. I will definitely return for another class!

Would highly recommend this studio to everyone. The staff is very welcoming and takes the time and effort to learn your name and always acknowledges your presence. The studio is top notch and the staff immediately sanitizes everything after every class. It is on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for in this life. They have good deals right now for purchasing a block of instruction (like 10 classes).

Magic!! I came to Allison with back pain that I had for 10 years. I worked with PT's and massage therapists, and while what they supported me with somewhat subdued the pain in moments, it never got 100% better. In one session with Allison, my back pain was cured!!!! I couldn't believe it. Going to bed that first night without having to squirm around to support my back in just the right position was incredible. I had no idea how much this pain was truly affecting me in my every day experiences until it wasn't there. Thank you Allison!!!!
Fantastic massage! Kel is very skilled at finding the tension areas and applies perfect pressure. Incorporated some stretching that I'd never experienced during a massage and it was great. Great price for 90 minutes and I will definitely return.
I had a wonderful experience with Jenna ? the atmosphere of the room was very calm and comfortable and she used techniques that were unique and new to me ! 5/5 would reccomend and come back again.
Doug is extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He recognized where my body needed the extra attention and worked with it to relieve pain. He did NOT do a basic routine just because that's what he learn, he actually knows about the body and how to listen to it.

I’ve been here three times and got a membership. Gerald and Maggie were both amazing massage therapists. I’ve continued seeing Gerald. Gerald is amazing. Truly gifted. I was pregnant my first time there and he saw me and said, “when are you due?” I told him 2 weeks and he said “no. You’ll have the baby in a week. I know these things.” And he was right! I had my baby that weekend, lol.
And as for bodywork, Gerald is incredible. I have lower back pain and sciatica and I’m convinced that Gerald did the lion’s share of work to help me get past it. He stretches limbs as part of the massage and it’s just the best feeling. I feel like a better human when I leave.
Maggie is amazing, as well! She listened to my concerns and I felt limber and loose when I left.

I love getting massages from Trevor and Miriam! Their place is nice, and they are both very responsive to how much pressure I want and what areas of my body need the most attention. I have also enjoyed my yoga sessions with Trevor, and they have helped me to be better aligned in the postures that are more challenging for me.

I had regular PT for my hip and sciatic issues that did not fix the problem.I was recommended to go to Healing Hands.The best treatment I have EVER had.I could barely walk when I got there.The pain in my hip radiated down into my ankle Sara was the one I saw and after just one treatment I felt better She did manipulation at first and sent me home with easy exercises that I could incorporate into my daily routine.In later sessions did a treatment called Dry Needling which retrains the muscles so they don't spasm again. I have my life back thanks to Healing Hands and Sara Thorne

This is where Dr. Steven Hinderer practices. He is an extremely knowledgeable PM&R doctor with over 25 years experience! Along with Dr Hinderer is physician assistant Douglas McCollum. Both, along with the office staff are friendly , outgoing and more than helpful. Dr. Hinderer has taught students at Wayne State University. Although he has no current affiliations, he does know many doctors on staff within the Corewell and U of M health. Worlds. When he recommends something to be done, it is out of his years of expertise and knowledge that his recommendations are made.
I found Meagan over 10 years ago when I had sciatica and have been going to her ever since for other problems whether physical or mental quieting. She is great and keeps me functioning. Everyone in the office is lovely. Would highly recommend Asian Healing Traditions.

And, I recently had my second, I believe Rosanne's treatments (along with my midwife) are responsible for a smooth pregnancy and delivery. Rosanne treated the baby and me right before I was due, I felt so relaxed and ready, it was the perfect pre labor treatment.
