We just took our 13 year old St. Bernard to be euthanized. It was very sad but Arbor Hills made it so much easier. Every level of care, the receptionist as she checked us in, the vet technician who explained the procedure , and the vet who provided comfort and caring with her calm demeanor , made this much less stressful. A added benefit was the facility itself was warm and cozy. Godspeed Zoey ❤️?

Arbor Hills had the BEST vet I've ever taken my dog to see. She was so attentive to every little thing and communicated any and all concerns very clearly to me. They were extremely professional while maintaining a friendly, polite environment. I felt comfortable asking questions and I felt that the answers were with my pet's best interest in mind. They provided a quote for how much our visit would be which was wonderful as I wasn't blindsided by the time we were checking out. I can't recommend them enough!

You guys always do amazing with my high maintenance dog. It's important to me to find a doctor / staff willing to meet the needs of the patient, making sure they get the best care tailored to them.
